Virginia Infant & Toddler Specialist Network

Helping early child care professionals achieve excellence.

The Virginia Infant & Toddler Specialist Network (VA ITSN) strives to achieve excellence in early care by facilitating the social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth and development of infants and toddlers by providing services to child care centers and family day homes. Through nine regional offices, infant and toddler specialists and behavior consultants provide coaching, training, and technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of early care and education programs to deliver high quality services.
