Central Point of Entry

Do you have questions or concerns about your baby or toddler? 

CDR helps parents and caregivers supply their infants and toddlers a better start in life. CDR assists low-income families, children with health concerns, and expectant parents, and infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays.

Most CDR services are available until your child reaches his or her third birthday. For the Parents As Teachers program, we offer services until your child turns six years old. We can also link you to other community resources.

Parents or caregivers who have questions or concerns about their child’s development.

Your questions are answered by a trained CDR professional, no matter how big or how small.

Serves families in James City County, Poquoson, Williamsburg, and York County, Virginia.
